Brake Pad Wear Sensors are a convenient device which wear down with the brake pads on your Jaguar, if equipped, and a warning light will illuminate on the dashboard when the brake pads reach their minimum thickness and will require replacing. They are single use, and once worn to the point where the light illuminates, they must be replaced the same time as your brake pads.
