    Yes, Ashwood Jaguar Parts ships to Europe. All orders to Europe are sent using Parcel Force or DPD couriers. Please note that import duties will apply, please see costs sheet.

    Yes, Ashwood Jag Parts ships worldwide. All worldwide orders are sent using UPS, DHL or DPD courier. Please note that import duties will apply, please see costs sheet.
  • What is the difference between OE, OEM and Aftermarket parts?"
    OE stands for Original Equipment, also known a Genuine part. These are the parts fitted by the origin original manufacturer. OEM stand for Original Equipment Manufacturer. These are the exact same parts produced by the original manufacturer but sold in unbranded packaging. Aftermarket Parts are produced by a different manufacturer.
  • How does payment work?
    Payments will be processed at the time of order through our trusted and secure payment systems, PayPal and Stripe. The name and billing address provided must be the same as the registered name and address of the cardholder. An automatic email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
  • Do you provide a product guarantee?
    Yes, all items are sold subject to the manufacturers guarantee. In most cases, unless otherwise stated this will be at least 12 months for new items and parts, see full product guarantee.

    An Ashwood Jag Parts account will allow you to simply access your details when you return to the site. You can add multiple delivery addresses, track your order and view your order history.

  • Are you VAT registered?
    We are currently in the process of becoming VAT registered, and this will take effect from April 1st 2023
  • When will I receive my refund from Ashwood Jag Parts after returning goods?
    The refund will be processed the same day we receive the item back providing all required information is included, see full return policy.In rare circumstances some items may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund or replacement is considered and can take up to 28 days to process.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, an order placed through our on-line shop can be cancelled if adequate notice is given before we dispatch the order. Once an order has been packed and/or dispatched it cannot be cancelled but the goods can be returned in accordance with our return policy after they have been received.
