RETURNS POLICY

Our 30-day returns policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less the postage/delivery charge. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £30.00 GBP. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

For all unwanted Genuine Jaguar items there is a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. 

We will only accept a returned item if:

  • Unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact)

  • No tape is stuck directly to the product box or packaging

  • No writing on the product box or packaging

  • No oil or grease on product and/or box/packaging

  • Copy of invoice (including a note of the return reason)

We can only accept the return of an opened item if:

  • The item is faulty

  • Copy of invoice (including a note of the return reason)

Returning Goods 

Any return for unwanted or warranty items must be returned to the address below and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a brief note to explain the return reason, simply saying faulty is not enough. If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please contact us and we will send you a copy. Any parcels received without this information will not be processed, without exception.

Cancellation Policy 

An order placed through our on-line shop can be canceled if adequate notice is given before we dispatch the order. Once an order has been packed and/or dispatched it cannot be canceled but the goods can be returned in accordance with our return policy after they have been received.
