UK SHIPPING
Orders are normally dispatched the same day if received before 2pm but please allow 3 working days of receiving payment. Please allow extra time during Bank Holidays or bad weather. If there is going to be a significant delay, we will contact you with an expected dispatch date.

Orders will be despatched by either Royal Mail First Class post or courier depending on the weight of the order and the delivery postcode.

If an order is required urgently, please contact us before placing an order to ensure we have stock.

Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery from posting date for postal deliveries and up to 4 working days for courier deliveries within the UK. Should an order not get delivered, please contact us for help. Courier deliveries are insured against loss. Royal Mail do not consider an item of mail lost until after 15 working days in the UK or 30 days for all other countries. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local Royal Mail sorting office within a reasonable time to arrange collect or re-delivery.
Notes:
(*1) Courier delivery is a quick delivery service but is not a Guaranteed Next Day service, light items under 2kg 2-4 days. Orders totaling more than 28kg may be subject to a £5 charge per 28kg. Free Delivery on orders over £150

Highlands, Islands and Offshore

Free UK Delivery covers most of the country with the exception of the following postcodes which are regarded by couriers as offshore or Highlands and Islands. For heavier items, including any liquids that cannot be sent by Royal Mail, there is a small surcharge to these areas.
Notes:
(*1) Standard delivery is an economy delivery service, either Royal Mail 48 for light items or 3-5days courier for heavier items.
(*2) Courier service is normally 2-3 days but can take longer to some remote areas. Does not include Saturday or Sunday. The Courier used will depend on the postcode and goods ordered but is normally DPD, Parcelforce or TNT.
