The Rear Cradle Mounting on your Jaguar is a special device where the 2 metal fixing plates are bonded together to a rubberized material which provides both the support necessary to hold the suspension components in place, and the flexibility to move as required. Worn mounts will cause a knocking noise over bumps, and a slightly loose feel to the handling.
