The Oil Pressure Switch on your Jaguar's engine provides the signal to tle Low Oil Pressure warning lamp on your Dashboard. If this warning light comes on while driving your Jaguar, you must stop and turn off the engine as soon as possible. Have your Jaguar checked over to check if the sensor is faulty, or if your Jaguar is running without Oil Pressure. Continuing to drive your Jaguar with low oil pressure will result in severe internal damage to the engine very quickly.
