The Coolant Expansion Tank or Reservoir in your Jaguar allows for monitoring and adjusting the coolant levels in your Jaguar. A failed Coolant Expansion Tank will leak coolant, and lead to an overheating engine if the coolant level is allowed to fall low enough. If your Jaguar is leaking any coolant, have the cooling system inspected and repaired by a competent person as soon as possible to avoid the risk of serious engine damage.
