The Conrod Bearing, also an Engine Connecting Rod Bearing, is a thin metal ring, in 2 halves that sits between the Connecting Rod and the Engine Crankshaft. Generally not replaced unless you are having the Engine on your Jaguar rebuilt or reconditioned. When you take the old ones apart, you can see if they are worn and require replacement.
