Ball Joints are a durable device for fixing suspension components in a way that allows free movement around a pivot to allow for the movement of the steering and suspension set-up. Over time these Ball Joints can wear out, and you'd notice this effect by hearing knocking noises as you steer or drive your Jaguar over bumps. You might also notice your Jaguar wandering slightly to one side during acceleration or braking. If you have any concerns about any of the suspension or steering components on your Jaguar, you should have your Jaguar checked over by a competent person who can identify any worn parts that need to be replaced.
