The Air Flow Sensor (or Mass Air Flow, or MAF Sensor) in your Jaguar plays a key role in the operation of the engine.  While a failed Air Flow Sensor may present no noticeable symptoms during normal driving of your Jaguar apart from bringing on the Check Engine Light, the engine management system relies heavily on the data it receives from this sensor to maintain optimum efficiency and performance.
